Paneer Kheer

Serves: 6 Prep. time: 40 minutes Category: Sweets
3/4cups - 100 gmssugar
4 - 5tspcornflour
  a few drops ruh kewra-essence
7 - 8 piecespista
8 - 10piecesbadaam (almonds)
1. Boil milk and let it thicken till it is reduced to half.
2. Dissolve cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add it to milk with continuously stirring for a few minutes till it thickens.
3. Remove milk from fire.
4. Mix sugar with 1/2 cup water and cook till a sticky syrup is formed.
5. Add grated paneer and stir.
6. Add this mixture to the milk.
7. Cool. Add ruh kewra.
8. Pour in a serving dish.
9. Decorate with shredded pista and almonds.

Serving ideas:
Chill before serving.
