Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 30 minutes Category: Non-veg Soup
6cupschicken stock
1cupRaw Boneless chicken cut into long strips
2tbspcelery chopped
2 salad leaves cut into 1/2 strips
1/2tsp pepper powder
1tbsp Soya sauce
1tbsp white vinegar
2tbsp Oil
  Salt to taste
1. Boil noodles in chicken stock till just done (do not over cook).
2. Strain, add 1/2 tbsp. oil and keep aside.
3. In 1/2 tbsp. oil, put celery, 1/2 tsp. Aji-no-moto,vinegar,soya sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. In rest of the oil, put chicken, 1/2 tsp. Aji-no-moto, pepper powder & salt. Cook till chicken is done (it will take about 7 - 10 minutes).
5. In a bowl arrange noodles, chicken and salad leaves. Pour the chicken stock over it.
6. Thinly sliced carrots can be added for colour effect.
