Vegetables In Hot Garlic Sauce

10bigcauliflower pieces
1 capsicum sliced
10 baby corn parboiled
10 French beans parboiled & sliced
1pinchAji-no-moto (optional)
2teaspoons ginger finely chopped
2teaspoons garlic finely chopped
2teaspoons green chillies finely chopped
1/2teacuptomato puree
  salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a frying pan on a high flame. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
2. Add the vegetables and Aji-no-moto and cook for a few minutes.
3. Add the tomato puree.
4. Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the vegetables.
5. Add the salt and cook for a few minutes. If you like, add a pinch of sugar.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot with green chillies in vinegar & chilli sauce.
