4 | drops | vanilla essence |
1/2 | cup | malai |
1/2 | ltr | previously prepared basic Ice cream |
Directions: |

Remove the basic Ice cream from freezer. Cut into small pieces. |

Put the pieces in a mixie flask. |
3. |
Add vanilla essence and malai. |
4. |
Churn the mixture until it becomes extremely fluffy. |

Put this mixture in the aluminium box. Cover with a polythene sheet and close the lid. |

Place it in deep freeze. |

Serving ideas: |
Once the Ice cream is set, it is ready to eat. |
Notes: |
If you want to make the Ice cream more soft, remove from the freezer when half set,churn and put it back in the freezer to settle. |
Vanilla Ice cream with hot chocolate sauce

1 | cup | sugar |
1/4 | cup | water |
2 | tsp | cocoa powder |
Directions: |

Heat sugar in a saucepan on low heat, until the colour turns brown. |

Add water and boil for 2 minutes. |
3. |
Add cocoa powder and mix well, continue stirring until the mixture thickens. |

Pour hot chocolate sauce on cold vanilla Ice cream and savour the taste. |
