Risotto Rice

60gmsBasmati rice cooked
100gmspaneer grated
20gmsshelled green peas
10gmsmushroom sliced
25gmsbeet root
1/2tsppepper powder
1tspchilli powder
5gmsparsley chopped
1. Saute mushroom in butter till soft.
2. Add green peas & stir well.
3. Add the cooked rice, beet root, salt, pepper powder and chilli powder.
4. Mix well. Cover well and cook over low heat.
5. Sprinkle with parsley and grated paneer.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot.
