Kesar Pista Ice cream

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 25 minutes Category: Desserts
  few shreds of pista
1/2ltrpreviously prepared basic Ice cream
  a pinch of saffron
1. Remove the basic Ice cream from the freezer. Cut into small pieces.
2. Put the pieces in a mixie flask.
3. Dissolve saffron in 2 tbsps of warm milk in a bowl.
4. Pour the saffron-milk and malai into the flask.
5. Churn the mixture till it becomes extremely fluffy.
6. Garnish the mixture with pista shreds before keeping to set.

Serving ideas:
Once the Ice cream is set it is ready to eat.

If you want to make the Ice cream more soft, remove from the freezer when half set,churn and put it back in the freezer to settle.
