Coconut Kebab

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 20 minutes Category: Fried Snack
1/2  coconut grated
3tbsp coriander leaves chopped
3 - 4   Green chillies chopped
2bunchspring onions chopped
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp dhania jeera powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
2 - 3tbsp tamarind pulp
3 - 4tspbesan (gram flour)
  salt to taste
  oil for frying
1. Mix all the above ingredients.
2. Shape in kababs and deep fry in oil on the fire.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
