Follow the 5 Golden Rules:
a) Eat foods that have vitamins and minerals.
Take milk, fruits, vegetables, eggs, fish and meat. Crunchy fruits like apples and carrots also help to clean the teeth.
b) Don't eat sweet or sticky foods between meals.

c) After every meal brush your teeth

e) Visit the dentist at least twice a year.
The dentist can detect cavities, fill them, and remove tartar from places you cannot reach and will also advise you on correct dental care.
