Stir Fried Vegetables

1 onion sliced
2 spring onions chopped
1teacupcabbage shredded
1/2 capsicum sliced
1 tomato sliced
2tablespoonscarrots grated
2tablespoonsbean sprouted
1pinchbaking powder
1pinchcitric acid
2teaspoonssoya sauce
2 teaspoonsginger water
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
2teaspoons chillies in vinegar
1tablespoon oil
  salt to taste
2slices bread
Procedure
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan on a high flame.
2. Add onions, vegetables, baking powder and citric acid and stir for a while.
3. Add soya sauce, ginger water, chilli garlic paste, chillies in vinegar and salt and mix well.
4. Serve hot with bread slices.
5. For the ginger water: Grate 12 mm. piece of ginger, add 1/4 teacup of water and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
6. For the chilli garlic paste: Grind 5 to 6 garlic cloves with 5 red chillies and 1/4 teacup of water.
7. For the chillies in vinegar: Cut 3 to 4 green chillies and add to 1/2 teacup of white vinegar.
