Pineapple Ice cream

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 15 minutes Category: Desserts
AmtUnitIngredients
1cuppineapple pulp
1/2cupmalai
4dropspineapple essence
4dropslemon yellow colour
1/2ltrpreviously prepared basic Ice cream
Directions:
1. Remove the basic Ice cream from freezer. Cut into small pieces.
2. Put the pieces in a mixie flask.
3. Add essence colour and malai.
4. Churn the mixture till it becomes extremely fluffy.
5. Put this mixture in an aluminium box. Cover with a polythene sheet and close the lid.
6. Place it in deep freeze.

Serving ideas:
Make small pieces of fresh pineapple and place on mixture before keeping Ice cream to set.

Notes:
If fresh fruits are to be added, use 1 tbsp extra sugar in the basic Ice cream.
