Directions:

1.	Separate the white from egg. Whisk the white very stiffly.
2.	Add sugar or sweetener 4 tablets. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to sugar drop by drop.
3.	Add vanilla essence and separate in three bowls.
4.	Add pink colour to one, green to another and third be white.
5.	Pour in layers in wetted moulds. Chill and serve.
