Herb And Nut Cottage Cheese Balls

Serves: 10 balls Prep. time: 20 minutes Category: Health Food

100gramssoft freshly made herb cottage cheese
1  green chilli
1tablespoon parsley chopped
1tablespoon walnuts finely chopped
Directions:
1. Knead the cottage cheese well. Add the green chilli and mix well. Shape into small balls.
2. Roll half the balls in parsley and the remaining in walnuts. Serve cold.

Notes:
A crunchy snack.
