Grilled Fish

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 45 minutes Category: Main dish
110gmspomfret fish
2tspmustard powder
2 potato fried with ginger chips
1 egg yolk
2 carrot sauted
7 - 8sticksFrench beans sauted
1. Clean fish and fill it without separating it completely
2. Make paste of mustard powder, salt, pepper and apply on fillet.
3. Make cuts on fish and apply paste between cuts.
4. Dip the fish in egg yolk & roll in bread crumbs & baste the fish in oil.
5. Bake at 150`C for 10 min.

Serving ideas:
serve the fish with sauted carrot, beans and French fries
