Heat oil. Cook maida for 1 - 2 minutes on low heat. |

Add milk, stirring continuously. |

Cook till a thick lump is formed. Remove from fire. Add grated paneer. |

Add mashed or grated boiled potatoes. |

Mix well. Add salt, pepper, chilli powder. |

Make balls. Flatten each ball and give it a heart shape. |

Roll in bread crumbs. Chill the prepared cutlets for some time. Shallow fry in a small quantity of oil in a pan. |
