Take the mashed paneer in a pan and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Remove from fire. |

Chop onion, tomato and green chilli as finely as possible. |

Mix onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and jeera powder with the paneer. Keep aside. |

Toast the slices. Butter them. |

Cut into four square pieces. |

Spread a table-spoonful of paneer prepared as above on each piece. |

Dot with chilli garlic sauce and a boiled pea. |
