Paneer Canapes

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 45 minutes Category: snacks
100gmspaneer mashed roughly
1 small  onion finely chopped
1/2 small tomato pulp removed and finely chopped
1  green chilli finely chopped
1/2tsproasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp salt
  salted butter
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  few boiled peas
  fresh coriander leaves
1. Take the mashed paneer in a pan and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Remove from fire.
2. Chop onion, tomato and green chilli as finely as possible.
3. Mix onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and jeera powder with the paneer. Keep aside.
4. Toast the slices. Butter them.
5. Cut into four square pieces.
6. Spread a table-spoonful of paneer prepared as above on each piece.
7. Dot with chilli garlic sauce and a boiled pea.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot, garnished with a small coriander leaf.
