Corn Pulav

45gmsuncooked rice
50gmsfrozen corn
1mediumcapsicum finely chopped
2mediumtomatoes finely chopped
1/2stickcelery
2largeonions chopped
1tbspghee
  salt to taste
2 green chilles
2 cloves
1/2pieceginger
Directions:
1. Boil the rice with less water such that the grains do not stick when cooked.
2. Thaw the corn and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
3. Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onions.
4. When the onions turn slightly brownish, add the paste and mix well.
5. Add the curry powder and vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the rice and salt and mix well.

Serving ideas:
Serve hot
