Broccoli - Baby Corn - Mushroom

250gmBroccoli - washed and florets separated
8numberBaby corn - cut into 2
8numberFresh mushroom - cut into 2
4numberGarlic - crushed
2tablespoonOil
125mlVegetable stock
2tablespoonsSoya sauce
1teaspoonCornflour - dissolved in water
1pinchAjinomoto
  Salt to taste
Main Procedure
Directions:
1. Parboil broccoli and keep aside.
2. Stir fry garlic in oil for a while.
3. Add broccoli, baby corn and mushrooms. Stir fry for a minute.
4. Pour in stock, add salt, soya sauce and ajinimoto.
5. Allow the mixture to boil. Add cornflour paste. Boil for a minute more.
6. Serve hot with rice.
